The outlet is just off the M4 at Junction 16 and is well signposted. Use the address Kemble Drive, Swindon SN2 2DY for the centre itself.

By car

There are two car parks. For the North Car Park, use Kemble Drive, satnav SN2 2NA. For the West Car Park, use Penzance Drive, satnav SN5 7JL. Both are open 5am to 11pm. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Sunday: 10am to 6pm
Larger stores operate 11am to 5pm on Sundays because of Sunday trading laws.

• Changing Places toilet in the West Mall, next to Castore, accessed with a RADAR key. It is not a baby changing room

Parking is ticketless. Enter your registration at a payment machine, pay at the exit barrier, or scan the QR code to pay online.

The current official parking page does not list a Blue Badge exemption or free parking against a minimum spend. Complimentary parking against a shop spend has been offered in the past. A Swindon Advertiser report in 2026 quoted the centre as saying the threshold had risen to £200. Confirm any concession with Guest Services before you rely on it.

There are 40 EV charging points on site. Zapmap listed 16 Tesla Superchargers in the North Car Park on 27th October 2026. There is also an on-site valet in North B Car Park.
