Brunel Plaza contains various independents and specialty stores – for example The Forum (premium streetwear and sneakers), Blue Banana (piercings and alternative fashion), and Am Oriental (gifts and crafts). The centre is named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel, who had strong links to Swindon through the Great Western Railway.
