Registering with a GP

To register with a GP surgery in Swindon:

  • Use the NHS Find a GP tool – enter your postcode to see surgeries near you
  • You must live within the surgery's catchment area
  • You'll usually need photo ID and proof of address (e.g. utility bill from the last 3 months)
  • Registration typically takes 5–10 working days
