Walcot is a large residential area in east Swindon, developed from the 1930s onwards. Walcot East and Walcot West (Old Walcot) offer a mix of housing and good access to shops and parks.

Predominantly residential with local shops and community facilities. Mix of pre-war and postwar housing. Family-oriented with decent schools and green space.

Transport

Buses to town centre, station, and Great Western Hospital. Marlborough Road and Oxford Road provide road links.
