Lydiard parkrun

Lydiard parkrun is a free, weekly 5k event held every Saturday at 9am in Lydiard Park. It's open to everyone – run, jog, walk, or volunteer. You need to register before your first event and bring a scannable barcode. After each run, many participants head to the Forest Cafe for coffee. The event is entirely volunteer-run – to help out, email lydiard@parkrun.com. Full details at parkrun.org.uk/lydiard.
