Types of roles
Manufacturing technicians, process engineers, design engineers, mechanical engineers, production engineers, maintenance engineers, and graduate/junior positions. Many roles are full-time on-site; some offer hybrid working. Apprenticeships and internships are available.
Salaries
Entry-level roles often start around £20,000–£25,000. Experienced engineers can earn £40,000–£50,000+. Senior and specialist roles command more. Salaries vary by employer, discipline, and experience.
