Change Grow Live (CGL) provides free, confidential drug and alcohol support to Swindon residents. The Swindon Substance Use Disorder Service (SUDS) is available to anyone aged 18+ who is concerned about their own or someone else's substance use. Services include one-to-one support, peer groups, detox, and health assessments.

What CGL offers

Change Grow Live provides one-to-one support, peer-led groups, detox services, and health assessments. They run a needle and syringe exchange scheme and offer evening sessions for those who cannot attend during working hours. A full assessment is usually available within 24 hours of contact, with access to a recovery worker within five working days.

You can self-refer by phone, email, or by visiting. Professionals (GPs, social workers, etc.) can also refer. All support is confidential.
