An inclusive yoga session for families led by Jill Hoon – Uptown Yoga.
Sessions available for an adult with up to 3 children aged between 5 – 16.
Suitable for all abilities, a communal, welcoming, inclusive yoga session in the park to introduce the practise of yoga to families.
Please bring own yoga mat if possible, and warm clothing.
